It’s already the end of 2022, and what a year it has been.
Reflecting on the past year in my dog photography business, I am filled with gratitude and joy. I have had the privilege of working with so many amazing dogs, each with their unique personality and special bond with their humans.
One thing that has become even clearer this year is the importance of documenting our time with our dogs. Our furry friends bring so much joy and love into our lives, and capturing and preserving those special moments is incredibly important.
Every dog has brought something special to my camera lens, from playful puppies to dignified seniors. Capturing their beauty and spirit is a rewarding experience, and I am so grateful to be able to do what I love.
I also had the chance to photograph a number of new breeds to me, all as part of my Gun dog breeds book project. It’s been a great opportunity, and I look forward to working on more in the coming months.
Overall, 2022 has been a fantastic year for dog photography, and I am so grateful for all the amazing dogs and their humans I have had the opportunity to work with. Each of them has touched my heart, and I look forward to all the beautiful dogs I will get to meet and photograph in the coming year. Thank you again to all my clients that commissioned me to create their memories.
So here is a brief slideshow of some of my favourites from those sessions throughout the year. See if you can spot some of your favourites too.
