Did 2023 fly by, or is it just me?
As we close on 2023, it’s difficult to fathom how quickly the year has passed!
Indeed, this year has accelerated by, much like the intense storms we’ve experienced recently.
I look back on a bustling 2023, marked by unforgettable moments spent on location and in the studio alongside magnificent dogs and their devoted families. As I approach my twelfth year specialising in dog photography in 2024, I am keenly aware of the incredible fortune I have in this line of work.
Throughout the year, countless clients have expressed their admiration for my profession, exclaiming, “What a fantastic job you have!” Indeed, who wouldn’t relish the opportunity to forge lasting memories for fellow dog enthusiasts?
Our time with our beloved dogs is precious, and I am humbled to contribute to the creation of enduring images that families can cherish long after their pets have passed. As heartrending as it may be to accept, several dogs featured in this year’s reel are no longer with us.
However, their families have expressed immense gratitude for the joy and comfort these images continue to bring them.
